BIG Walk
Join me on this big adventure!
Don’t worry... I’ll be doing the walking. 🥾
One end of Britain to the other
I’m walking from Land’s End to John o’Groats to raise awareness of strokes and show that life after having a stroke can still contain some seriously BIG adventures.
The traditional journey is 874 miles (1,407 km)... but I’ve got a few detours planned — so the miles I actually walk will be more.
Follow the highs, the lows, the wrong turns and probably the occasional blister from the comfort of your own home.

No progress is shown because the walk hasn’t been tracked yet. These are placeholders, not real figures. 874 miles is the traditional direct distance; Dug’s actual mileage will be published as he walks and will differ as detours are added.

Updates coming soon
Dug hasn’t set off yet, so there’s nothing to report — no made-up miles here. Once the walk begins, real updates will appear in this space. Meanwhile, leave him a note on the Good Luck board.
